If you are not happy with the purchase for any reason, we offer a 10-day refund and return. So, if the product is not according to your expectations, you can contact us, and we will replace or refund it according to your choice.

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy to accommodate your needs. Please note that the return label is the customer's responsibility. Additionally, a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the total cost of any returned product. This fee covers the cost of reprocessing and restocking the item. We entertain refunds and exchanges if:

  • You have the original receipt or any proof of purchase.
  • The refund request is within 10 days of the purchase.
  • We exchange the product if it is damaged or defective.

Refunds and exchanges do not apply to the following.

  • Personal care and cosmetics.

Constantinople Store City offers a hassle-free option for refund and exchange. It is important that you state the order details correctly in the Email: constantinoplestorecity@gmail.com, along with whether you want an exchange or refund. If you want a refund, you must provide your accurate bank details so we can smoothly transfer your funds to your account.  

Once we receive your Email, our support agent will reach you within 24 hours and will provide you with a shipping label so you can return the product. When you have the label, you can send the product to us by ensuring that it is sealed and tagged correctly.
